Room a bit small
I had a great stay at Hanoi Amorita Boutique Hotel. The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the city. The staff is extremely kind, very attentive, and always ready to help me. My room was very comfortable, I particularly appreciated the quality of the bed and having hot water in the bathroom. The included breakfast was also a real plus every morning.

Only small downside: I heard some noise once in the staircase quite close to my room, but it didn't spoil my experience at all.
