Check in時有個疑似主管的女性直接問要不要加價（一晚500VND)升房間，因隔天一早就要先離開河內，所以選擇先不用。進房發現房型並非要求的Twin，詢問之後再回到河內入住時，是否可協助安排雙床房，結果女主管說酒店沒有雙床，只有家庭房（一雙+一單）的房型，要住必須升等，瞬間有被欺騙感。房間電視壞了，要求修繕，女主管還說越南大家不看電視等看手機，還是強烈要求修繕，後來有修好。廁所邊角不乾淨，房間味道因芳香劑味道不太好。最後取消後續訂房，當晚直接出門到附近找之後回到河內的新飯店

The hotel was clean, and we booked a triple room but were given a 4-person room instead. The double bed was really comfortable, like a memory foam mattress, but the single bed was a bit too soft and saggy. Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel was also very thoughtful to prepare fried egg sandwiches and bananas for us to take away for breakfast since we had to leave early. Really appreciated that! Bathroom was clean and bright, and the water pressure was good too.
