Multiple reviews report serious cleanliness issues (bed bugs, unpleasant smells, mould in shower, dirty facilities and broken/unclean fixtures).
Several guests praise staff and friendly service and mention helpfulness and free morning coffee; a few reports note poor reception behaviour or access problems, but the dominant sentiment is positive.
Repeatedly and consistently praised for being very close to Roma Termini and well connected to public transport.
Multiple complaints about poor room conditions: inadequate or non-working air conditioning, very hot rooms, small/short beds, broken doors/lockers, noisy environment and some reports of bed bugs.
Positive mentions of free coffee and a good hot-drink machine and daily towel changes in some reports; negatives include limited AC, occasional broken lockers and towels sometimes charged for.
Mixed signals: described as reasonably priced by some but several guests report an extra €5 daily charge (cash), towel charges and other unexpected fees that lower perceived value.
Free morning coffee and a good hot-beverage machine are commonly praised, though one report mentions milk running out for cappuccinos.
Overall mixed: some guests report an excellent stay (clean and friendly staff) while others had very negative experiences (cleanliness, bed bugs, AC and safety concerns); the aggregate leans slightly positive due to strong location and several positive service notes.

Room was hot and no access to WIFI on the 4th floor
I didn’t like the service, it was very bad. No information at all from check-in. Not a good hotel, not clean. I was supposed to say please change my bed. I had a very bad experience. I don’t want to come back to this hotel again.

I didn’t like anything. I didn’t have a good experience. He asked me to clean the toilet on Thursday, but it was his job to clean it. When I asked about the towel, he told me to pay two euros. He was not nice.
