I came with my family, I like everything and this is my 4th time I have been in this hotel, everything was perfect, the rooms clean & the view charming, the breakfast the pool, also they have shuttle in the morning to taksim .

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The establishment is very clean, the staff is welcoming, and the service is top-notch. We especially loved the breakfast! We also enjoyed the massage and sauna, perfect for relaxation. The location is very convenient, close to many things. Having a taxi stand nearby is a real plus, especially for easy transportation without having to search for a taxi. Overall, we had a great stay and were very satisfied with the establishment.

We were slightly less impressed with the room lighting, which we didn't find very pleasant. The air conditioning also turned on automatically, making it quite cold in the room at times. We had to leave the window open to prevent it from turning back on by itself. Lastly, although the location is very convenient and close to everything, the roads to access the hotel are unfortunately very steep, which can be quite tiring when walking. However, these are minor negatives that did not spoil our stay.

Staff Behavior: The service was quite disappointing. The staff showed a total lack of flexibility and were immediately pushy, trying to sell us activities right from check-in. They weren't very helpful when we needed assistance and often just walked past us in the corridors in complete silence, which felt unwelcoming. Location: The hotel is located in Sütlüce, which is geographically isolated from the main tourist areas. It is a bit hard to access and requires you to rely heavily on taxis or buses for every outing.

I am the 2nd time in this accommodation, the first time it was very very good, that's why I decided to go there again after a year, but the rooms are no longer in good condition, everything is outdated, the buffet is very limited, the staff is uninterested, no one greets anyone, unfortunately, I am not satisfied this year.

Everything is great, the staff is very polite and responsive, the room was excellent with a good view, very clean, the bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was luxurious, very tasty, and with a wide selection. I recommend it to everyone!👍👍👍👍👍

The reception staff is abysmal. We reluctantly took the 5th room shown to us because the bathroom was not completely moldy like all the others that were shown to us. We then had 2 single beds, good, not booked, but okay. The carpet in the room was totally filthy, unfortunately, there is no other way to describe it. The sink under the rim was also moldy. At check-out, we were not asked anything, the reception surely knows why... We were there for 4 nights, the reception staff NEVER greeted us... The breakfast was so-so, if you like paper cups. Coffee cups were rare, and if so, you had to be lucky to get a clean one. But why bother, there were paper cups... Coffee was also mostly out... A small 0.3 beer at the bar - without a glass - 8 euros, there it was, the 5-star level... Every time we passed by the reception, someone was complaining... what a bad hotel, at most 3 stars would be appropriate, nothing more. Booking should urgently remove this hotel from the program...
