I came with my family, I like everything and this is my 4th time I have been in this hotel, everything was perfect, the rooms clean & the view charming, the breakfast the pool, also they have shuttle in the morning to taksim .

Actually just because it’s far from metro station and I didn’t know the buses numbers that passed near the hotel

Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est très propre, le personnel est accueillant et le service est vraiment au top. Gros coup de cœur pour le petit-déjeuner, que nous avons adoré ! Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le massage et le sauna, parfaits pour se détendre. L’emplacement est également très pratique, l’hôtel est à proximité de beaucoup de choses. Le fait d’avoir un arrêt de taxi juste à côté est un vrai plus, surtout pour se déplacer facilement sans avoir à chercher un taxi. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous avons été très satisfaits de l’établissement.

Nous avons un peu moins apprécié l’éclairage de la chambre, que nous n’avons pas trouvé très agréable. La climatisation se déclenchait également automatiquement, ce qui faisait qu’il faisait parfois assez froid dans la chambre. Nous devions laisser la fenêtre ouverte pour éviter qu’elle ne se remette en marche toute seule. Enfin, même si l’emplacement est très pratique et proche de tout, les routes pour accéder à l’hôtel sont malheureusement très pentues, ce qui peut être assez fatigant lorsque l’on se déplace à pied. Ce sont cependant de petits points négatifs qui n’ont pas gâché notre séjour.

The unlimited access to the spa and the Turkish bath (hammam) was a massive highlight and the perfect way to relax. ​Breakfast & Terrace: The breakfast buffet was very good, offering plenty of options. We especially loved the outside terrace, which made for a really nice setting to start the day.

Staff Behavior: The service was quite disappointing. The staff showed a total lack of flexibility and were immediately pushy, trying to sell us activities right from check-in. They weren't very helpful when we needed assistance and often just walked past us in the corridors in complete silence, which felt unwelcoming. ​Location: The hotel is located in Sütlüce, which is geographically isolated from the main tourist areas. It is a bit hard to access and requires you to rely heavily on taxis or buses for every outing.

Ich bin das 2te mal in dieser unterkunft das erste mal war es sehr sehr gut deswegen habe ich mich nach einem jahr nochmal entschieden dahin zu gehen jedoch sind die zimmer nicht mehr im guten zustand alles veraltet das buffet ist sehr eingeschränkt das personal ist uninteressiert niemand grüßt niemanden bin leider nicht zufrieden dieses jahr

Das Personal der Rezeption ist unterirdisch. Wir haben dann das 5. uns gezeigte Zimmer widerwillig genommen, weil dort das Bad nicht total verschimmelt war wie alle anderen, die uns gezeigt wurden. Wir hatten dann 2 Einzelbetten, gut, war nicht gebucht, aber ok. Der Teppich im Zimmer total versifft, anders kann man das leider nicht beschreiben. Das Waschbecken unter dem Rand ebenfalls verschimmelt. Beim Check out wurden wir nach nichts gefragt, die Rezeption weiß sicherlich wieso... Wir waren 4 Nächte dort, die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption haben NIEMALS gegrüßt... Das Frühstück ging so, wenn man auf Pappbecher steht. Es gab selten Kaffeetassen und wenn, musste man Glück haben, um eine saubere zu erwischen. Aber warum auch, es gab doch Pappbecher..... Kaffee war auch meistens aus. .. Ein kleines, 0.3, Bier an der Bar-ohne Glas- 8 Euro, da war es, das 5-Sterne-Niveeau. ... Jedes Mal, wenn wir an der Rezeption vorbei kamen, hat sich jemand beschwert.... was für ein schlechtes Hotel, maximal 3 Sterne wären angebracht, mehr nicht. Booking sollte diese Hotel dringend aus dem Programm nehmen.....
