None of the plugs were able to work. Had to purchase an adapter to charge my phone, laptop, etc. But the staff helped out until I got an adapter. This is something you should let visitors know upfront
We stayed in a Deluxe room. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast was very good: lots of egg dishes, sausages, cod, bacon, chicken, yogurt, fruit, and salads. The room was cleaned every day. We felt very comfortable. The center of Punda and the city beach are a 15-20 minute walk away. Parking is available next to the room.

We were not well treated by most of the staff, from breakfast time to security during the night. Besides the amenities clearly not being well taken care of, it seems like it stopped in time, and the room and bathroom are very dark.

We had to go outside again at night because the fire alarm (wrongly) went off. There was no communication from the staff.
