None of the plugs were able to work. Had to purchase adapter to get my phone, laptop ect charged. But the staff helped out until I did get an adapter. This is something you should let visitors know up front

We verbleven in een Deluxe kamer. De airconditioning werkte perfect. Het ontbijt was erg goed: veel eiergerechten, worstjes, kabeljauw, spek, kip, yoghurt, fruit en salades. De kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt. We hebben ons zeer comfortabel gevoeld. Het centrum van Punda en het stadsstrand liggen op 15-20 minuten loopafstand. Parkeren is mogelijk naast de kamer.

Não fomos bem tratadas pela maioria dos funcionarios, desde o momento do café da manhã, até a segurança durante a noite. Além das comodidades nitidamente não terem cuidados atualizados, parece que parou no tempo, além do quarto e do banheiro serem super escuros.

We moesten alweer 's nachts naar buiten omdat het brandalarm (ten onrechte) af ging. Er vond geen communicatie vanuit het personeel plaats.
