Lack of air conditioning throughout the facility: terrible stuffiness, humidity, hot like in a sauna. Everything is old, dirty, and sticky, quiet and empty, dim lighting: the hotel gives the impression of being stopped in time like a ghost from a horror movie. The restaurant is also empty, everything is sticky, the staff is lethargic without a smile or initiative; lack of waiter's manners: stared as if at aliens, asked inappropriate questions. In the room, there is a musty smell, all clothes are damp and saturated with the musty odor after going out. The room door jams, requiring great force to open. Unfriendly dirty area, nowhere to even go for a short walk. I can't imagine staying there for more than 1 night.

Room doors do not close: anyone could access the interior of our room. All doors are forced, the lock is damaged. Daily use Wi-Fi for only 2 devices. Fridge not working: solution was to remove the fridge from the room of my children (they were left without a fridge) and place it in ours.
The hotel was quite good. The problem was the staff that tried to scam me, specifically when I tried to exchange money at the check-in. On the board, it was written 1€ is 104 rupees, and when I took out the money, I noticed they changed the board to 100.4 rupees. This behavior in a hotel is unacceptable!!!
