They did not give us the discount they mentioned for being guests and members of the brilliant, at the bar. We went several times and none of them applied any discount despite saying it. At the Langham in Hong Kong, we didn't even have to mention it and they already applied the discount.

The choice & quality of what was available at breakfast surpassed anywhere I've stayed before & the food was hot, complimented with a very good choice of coffee available at no extra charge. I loved the outdoor pool on the 5th floor. It was never very busy & the weather was good enough to enjoy it. Although my room overlooked a main road, there was no traffic noise. Overall, I really liked this hotel & would recommend it to anyone wishing to visit Shenzhen.

It wasn't much of a big deal but, despite arriving later than I anticipated, my room wasn't ready. As a gesture of goodwill, I was offered an upgrade but still had to wait while this was prepared. No 'Bloody Mary' cocktails available & the complimentary nuts, served in the bars, were ruined with certain ingredients to spice things up. I didn't see an ATM in the hotel, although there is one in a nearby bank, but not 24-hour access
