El rating de estrellas y el precio del hotel no coinciden con la experiencia real. Cuando llegamos por primera vez, parecía que había entrado en un dormitorio soviético con bloques de dos habitaciones y baños compartidos, y las fotos en Booking no coinciden con la realidad. El personal fue otra gran decepción. No eran acogedores ni serviciales, e incluso colgaron el teléfono en varias ocasiones antes de que terminara de hablar. Para un hotel de cuatro estrellas, es bastante sorprendente que no haya plancha disponible para los huéspedes. El servicio de planchado debe solicitarse con 24 horas de anticipación, entonces ¿qué se supone que deben hacer los huéspedes si solo se quedan una noche? Simplemente no hay posibilidad de planchar la ropa. Otra gran decepción fue el desayuno. Simplemente no está a la altura del estándar de un hotel de cuatro estrellas. La selección era muy limitada, la comida no era sabrosa y casi todo parecía estar cubierto de mayonesa. La comida era muy específica, y daba la impresión de que simplemente se habían puesto sobras del restaurante del hotel para los huéspedes. En general, se sentía más como una cafetería de estudiantes que como un desayuno en un hotel de cuatro estrellas.
