Super Lage nahe der Innenstadt mit einer Straßenbahnhaltestelle vor der Tür. Saubere, geräumige Zimmer, schönes Foyer, das zum Verweilen einlädt. Trotz zahlreicher Jugendgruppen im Hotel war es nachts ruhig.

Die Tiefgarage ist praktisch, aber die Rampe ist so steil, dass Fahrzeuge beim Hochfahren mittig aufsetzen und beim Herunterfahren an der Frontschürze, wenn man nicht schräg zur Kante fährt. Das ist eine komplette Fehlkonstruktion. Swimmingpool und Wellnessbereich sind nicht inklusive und verhältnismäßig teuer. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr ungemütlich und wirkt wie eine Kantine. Die Qualität der Speisen ist mittelmäßig. Es gibt auch ein qualitativ hochwertigeres Frühstück im hoteleigenen Restaurant, für das man jedoch einen Aufpreis zahlen muss.
