I do not recommend it, I arrived at the hotel which I did not use. The entrance was very small, I had to go up to the 3rd floor to check-in, the treatment I received was not pleasant. And you know what, I went to the hotel across the street, Laggon Condado Villa, and you end up spending more unnecessary money. I will not choose that hotel again.

At the check-in counter, you have to go up to the 3rd floor. The outside structure looks dirty. And the treatment from the person who received me.

It does not have a pool.
In the breakfast area, a thin, long-haired employee treating the guest badly, they should remove him from there because one should not have a bad time or be treated poorly. The breakfast is terrible, Guayanilla is better, I will not go back there.

There was no ice on the floor, I had to go to another floor to get ice. They also do not provide beach towels. They need to improve the room decoration; it was very basic.

They charged me twice for parking, at the front desk and at the ATM machine to raise the arm and be able to leave the parking lot. On the last day, I arrived late to an Educational Workshop because of the parking. The breakfast was very poor, and the staff was unprofessional and not very pleasant
