I really appreciated the desk clerk doreen. It took my husband and I about forty five minutes to figure out where to park, and we were very frustrated. When we got there and doreen, I asked her if I had a oceanfront view, she said, no, but she would change that. For me, and I appreciated that so much because it was such a bad day, and my birthday was the following friday, and she really made my day, and I would definitely go back

Be, your parking is very bad. You need to light up the sign. You also need to state where to turn to park. Because it makes no sense to somebody visiting So you do need directions on your website where to park. And then where the hotel is
Das Frühstück war nicht so wie in den Bewertungen mit sehr gut beschrieben. Keine Eier, kein Joghurt, an mehreren Tagen hat etwas gefehlt z. B. Orangensaft, nur eine Brotsorte, Teesorten nur 2 zur Auswahl.

Das Frühstück war nicht so wie in den Bewertungen mit sehr gut beschrieben. Keine Eier, kein Joghurt, keine Käsesorte, kein Aufschnitt und an mehreren Tagen hat etwas gefehlt z. B. Orangensaft, nur eine Brotsorte, kein Frischkäse Teesorten nur 2 zur Auswahl. Es ist mir vorgekommen als hätte das Hotel finanzielle Probleme das Frühstück vollständig zu kaufen!
