The treatment at the accommodation has been wonderful, the Reception guys especially Morett have been very kind, they attended us in Spanish and informed us about many things in Istanbul. They made an effort to check if anything was missing and were very polite and correct. The rooms were very clean and they changed the towels. Every day the location is perfect, you have tram line one and everything is close by

Very friendly staff
Great location and very friendly staff who made sure everything was fine. The rooms are very clean and we didn't hear any noise from outside. Aziz at breakfast made sure everything was fine, as did Abdul at reception. I will definitely return to this hotel :)

The hotel provided a room with a balcony which we requested. The hotel staff were the sweetest, most lovely people ever, always greeting, smiling, and ready to help. The staff welcomed me in the middle of the night when I was exhausted like it was nothing, and helped with luggage then, and also when leaving the hotel at the end. Abdul was extra sweet, willing to talk every time, and treated me to some Turkish tea in our room. The daily housekeeping lady cleaned the room well every day and provided water bottles. The breakfast was nice as it varied slightly every day. The internet was fast enough to work remotely comfortably, video calls were smooth. The WiFi signal reached my room with no major interruptions, so if you also work remotely and are looking for a hotel in Istanbul for a holiday/work stay, then this is a great choice

Communication with the staff was difficult as their English ability was limited and the breakfast was fairly expensive for what it was, but the food did not give me a bad reaction
The location is excellent, and everything is clean and tidy. Special praise goes to Irman and Murat at the reception – they are truly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Aziz from the breakfast team is also very hardworking and friendly. Breakfast was good as well.

The rooms are very small, and the beds are also quite small. There is hardly any space to move around. Our TV was not repaired, even though we were told that it would be fixed the following day.
