El trato en en el alojamiento ha sido maravilloso los chicos de Recepcion especialmente Morett ha sido muy amable nos ha atendido en español y nos ha informado de muchísimas cosas de Estambul. Se esforzaban por estar pendientes de si faltaba algo y era muy educados y correctos. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y nos cambiaban las toallas. Todos los días la ubicación es perfecta tienes la línea uno del tranvía y tienes todo a mano

Bieten eine Bar an können aber aufgrund ihres Glaubens nicht ausschenken und haben keine Auswahl an Getränke. Besser gar nicht anbieten.

Jako dobra lokacija i jako ljubazno osoblje koje se brinulo da sve bude uredu.Sobe su jako čiste te nismo čuli nikakvu buku iz vana.Azis na doručku se brinuo da sve bude uredu kao i Abdul na recepciji.Svakako ću se vratiti ponovno u ovaj hotel:)

The hotel provided a room with a balcony which we requested. The hotel staff were the sweetest, most lovely people ever, always greeting, smiling, and ready to help. The staff welcomed me in the middle of the night when I was exhausted like it was nothing, and helped with luggage then, and also when leaving the hotel at the end. Abdul was extra sweet, willing to talk every time, and treated me to some Turkish tea to our room. The daily housekeeping lady cleaned the room well every day and gave water bottles. The breakfast was nice in the sense that it varied slightly every day. The internet was fast enough to comfortably work remotely, video calls were smooth. The WiFi signal reached my room with no major interruptions so if you also work remotely and are looking for a hotel in Istanbul for a holiday/work stay then this is a great choice

Communication with the staff was difficult as their English ability was limited and the breakfast was fairly expensive for what it was but the food did not give me a bad reaction

The location is excellent, and everything is clean and tidy. Special praise goes to Irman and Murat at the reception – they are truly friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Aziz from the breakfast team is also very hardworking and friendly. Breakfast was good as well.

The rooms are very small, and the beds are also quite small. There is hardly any space to move around. Our TV was not repaired, even though we were told that it would be fixed the following day.
