I think the air conditioning system was placed a little off in the corner of the room, so it took hours before the room cooled comfortably. The dining area, although at the penthouse, was a little hot. They only turn on the aircon when there are a lot of guests. Too sad. In our 3-day stay, there were only a few guests. The buffet breakfast table closed on our last day just because only 6 of us were eating.

It's very simple and has no view.
I wish to receive a receipt when I paid extra for times beyond the booked time. I sent all the details they requested, but I did not receive a receipt. WORST
The room was comfortable. The air purifier.

The view was of a fire escape in a corner. The breaker for the hot water was switched off. I had to do that myself. No soap to wash your hands. Very little space for toiletries.
