I think the airconditioning system was placed a little off in the corner of the room so it took hours before the room cooled comfortably. The dining area , although at the penthouse , was a little hot . They only turn on the aircon when there a lot of guests. Too sad. In our 3 day stay, there were only a few guests. The buffet breakfast table closed on our last day just because only 6 of us were eating.

The view was of a fire escape in a corner. The breaker for the hot water was switched off. I had to do that myself. No soap to wash your hands. Very little space for toiletries.
