My stay was a mix of good and bad. On the positive side, the food was good and reasonably priced.

On the negative side, we had to move rooms twice - first due to a leaking bathroom (where we were given an upgrade), and then due to a cockroach. After finding a second cockroach in our third room, exterminators were sent and housekeeping sprayed regularly, which thankfully solved the issue for the rest of our stay. The front desk was polite and acted quickly, but management refused to offer any compensation or goodwill gesture despite the multiple room changes and pest issues. Decent stay overall, but management could handle guest dissatisfaction much better.
