Broken sofa, no possibility to leave luggage before check-in or at check-out, not enough pillows and towels for 4 persons...

The number of towels did not match the size of our family. And the owner refused to bring more. The washing machine is not in the apartment but in the hallway. It must be shared with all other accommodations. The facilities are worn and need maintenance.
