J'ai réservé cet appartement pour accueillir un membre de ma famille. Dès l'arrivée, nous avons constaté une infestation active et avérée de rongeurs (souris/rats) au sein du logement, rendant les lieux totalement inhabitales et impropres à toute occupation humaine. Face à cette situation d'urgence sanitaire d'une gravité exceptionnelle : 1. Propreté et hygiène (0/10) : Logement insalubre. La présence de rongeurs pose un risque sanitaire direct. Plus grave encore : le gestionnaire était parfaitement au courant du problème, comme en témoignent plusieurs avis datant d'avril et mai 2026 signalant déjà la présence de rats avec photos à l'appui. 2. Sécurité (0/10) : Nous avons découvert de la mort-aux-rats laissée dans le logement, un produit chimique extrêmement toxique et dangereux, d'autant plus inadmissible si l'on séjourne avec de jeunes enfants. 3. L'hôte / Gestionnaire (0/10) : Aucune prise en charge, aucun relogement ni remboursement. Les hôtes font totalement les morts : ils sont impossibles à joindre, ignorent les messages et refusent d'assumer leurs responsabilités. 4. Le service client Booking.com (0/10) : Aucune assistance concrète apportée sur place malgré les preuves visuelles fournies immédiatement. Nous avons été contraints d'évacuer immédiatement les lieux et de payer un hébergement de substitution en urgence à nos frais. Une mise en demeure formelle (selon l'article 1854 du Code civil du Québec) a été transmise au gestionnaire ainsi qu'à Booking.com, accompagnant un signalement officiel auprès de l'Office de la protection du consommateur (OPC). Évitez cet établissement et méfiez-vous du manque de protection de la plateforme en cas de problème grave à l'arrivée !
