住客評價分析

• Cleanliness8.9

Generally reported as clean—several guests noted a clean room and a very clean, modern washroom. One guest encountered cleaning in progress on arrival but no widespread cleanliness complaints.

• Service7.2

Mixed service feedback: hosts/owners were responsive and access instructions were prompt, and self check-in was smooth for many; however a serious negative incident (cleaning staff shouting at a guest) significantly lowered the service sentiment for some visitors.

• Location9.2

Consistently praised: very well located, close to cafes and restaurants (notably Maman), near St. Catherine/Bell Centre and convenient for metro/bus access and exploring Old Montreal.

• Room Quality6.4

Several complaints about the level of finish and furnishings: windows needing repair, low-quality fittings, saggy/uncomfortable beds and hard pillows, and insufficient soundproofing—room quality often seen as below expectations for the price.

• Amenities7.8

Amenities are functional: kitchens with cutlery, oven, microwave and dishwasher were appreciated. Missing small utensils (spatula, scissors), some non-working outlets and lack of clothes-hanging/storage were noted.

• Value for Money7.6

Mixed value perception: location and convenience are positives, but several guests felt the finish and some maintenance issues did not fully justify the price.

• Food and Beverage8.6

No strong on-site F&B, but nearby options received praise—Maman café/restaurant across the street was highlighted as an excellent breakfast/brunch option.

• Overall Experience9.1

Overall stays were generally positive—convenient, comfortable and modern for many guests with easy access—though isolated issues (noise, bed comfort, and the one service incident) affected some visits; overall sentiment remains favorable.

Bed/matras en geluid van buren en buiten. Toen wij er waren, waren ze bezig met de weg. Al vroeg!!

Room was okay, but only if you are only two people.

Room was okay, but only if you are only two people.

The sofabed was broken and there were not enough towels or bedding for four people. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. Do no come here if you are four guests…

Good size and location.

Good size and location.

Bathroom floor dirty in corners, toilet seat broken, hand held shower wouldn’t turn on, window latch broken, bed settee wasn’t made up. Not deluxe as described.
