The hotel was an excellent experience. Everything was very good, with a pleasant, comfortable, and well-maintained environment. I would like to highlight especially the staff, who were exceptional: always very polite, attentive, helpful, and willing to assist. The service made all the difference during the stay. Congratulations to the whole team! I recommend the hotel and would certainly stay there again.

The refrigerator turns off when leaving the room (when you pull out the card). It's the first time I've encountered this, didn't expect it at all. We were out all day and the food spoiled. I think it would be good to fix this or warn guests
