Everything - all staff extremely friendly and helpful; breakfast decent (though the placing of tea, coffee etc was somewhat inconvenient), decent size room, comfortable pillows and bed, clean, right opposite the train station, 7 mins from Geneva airport, close to major city sights, free Geneva travel pass and definitely a good value for money paid. Thanks to Les Arcades for making our stay good.
