Very comfortable room. Loved that it included an electrical converter, though I did not need it. My favorite aspect of the property was its very close proximity to the beautiful Herbert Park itself.

Bath could use updating - please remove tub with very tall edge to climb over. Most places these days are converting to showers only.

Am claustrophobic so have to use stairs, always grotty but almost all hotel stairs are neglected.

Travelled alone to be close to the RDS. Such a fantastic location in Ballsbridge- great bars and restaurants. Everything walkable. Hotel is luxurious, but functional and beside a lovely park. All in all- would stay here again if I needed to be in the vicinity of RDS / Aviva! Staff great too!!
