Air conditioning is not up to the mark, also there is no air conditioner in the lifts. Kindly improve the fan speed 🙏.

The rooms are hot, and every weekend I stay here, I face a hot room and have a problem with the AC. Just to be honest, last weekend they gave me a room on the 13th floor, and it was a perfect room, everything was perfect, but when I was going to sleep, I felt something stuck to my clothes and figured out it was a pile of hair. Unfortunately, it made me so disappointed.
