Staff was the nicest staff ever, they were always welcoming, polite, respectful and friendly I stayed there 12 times, to the point I remembered all nice staff names (Julia, Nasir, Abdalazeez(trainee😂), Adil, Ahmed and Ahmed) Location is perfect, in the middle of the offices center and close to the museum and the mall and the shuttle bus makes it even easier to reach The breakfast in WOK was amazing and nice, it was hassle to go all the way to novetal in the morning

House keeping and room service The cleaning is not good, 3 of 12 rooms I stayed in were not comfortable in this point, one room wss full of white dust, one room had a cockroach، one room had a bad smell in the carpet Room service is always late in bringing the dental kit and the flippers and no one takes your luggage for you, you have to drag it personally and if they did, it will take more than 25 mins

Our exhibition was at April 26. But because of the situation at Middle East, it was postponed. We asked to IBIS to pay back the amount that we paid. They refused this and they give the chance to re-schedule our visit. We did it. But when we checked that the time that we will stay, the cost was almost 600 Euro but we paid 1.000 Euro to them. So, even during the battle at the region, they regret to pay back our payment. And we paid much more than other people we made the reservation later. This is not fair and right approach to the customer. I will never stay with IBIS group anymore.

It took one hour for them to give me a room although I booked 2 days in advance. The AC was not working in one room so they had to give me a different room.. When asked to help with the luggage they said our concierge services are not available. The lights were not working properly I had to call someone to help.me close the light.
