Poor Wi-Fi in the room and always cut off. The toilet flush is consuming way too much water. The quality of the TV signal was extremely bad. We asked the house technician to get it fixed, but he could not.

- mould in the shower - keys not working - food options were limited - nightclub operational hours were incorrect and we couldn’t go in! Tried 3 times - staff at the front desk are rude and unhelpful, they don’t appear to know the process for most things like laundry, housekeeping - our clothes were misplaced after we sent it for washing - musty smell of the entire place

Good location in the diplomatic enclave compared to the airport and the city center easily accessible by tuk-tuk. Pleasant, very green and secure environment. Quiet, clean hotel and generally well-maintained. Reception, restaurant (breakfast), and housekeeping staff discreet, courteous, and very attentive. And access to the private Club pool is really great

The rooms on the 6th floor are old and deserve a good renovation (windows that do not close properly, non-functional power outlets, torn wall lights, malfunctioning rods and curtains, unsecured safes, non-adjustable air conditioning, missing or moldy bathtub seals ...) The various restaurants in the complex are rather expensive and unappetizing (not tested) And for French people who have a sweet breakfast, there are few choices and the few pastries are not at all up to par.

There is a need for improvement, sharpness, and attention in the room. Cutlery and towels are not well placed and very old. The carpet in front of every room lobby is very old, damaged, and dirty. For this property and the legendary brand 'The Ashok,' it is not suitable.
