Breakfast- quality was not good, options were very limited. Room service was slow and freshness was absent. Your rooms do not even have an ironing board and press for years- some officer stopped it and nobody dares to start it again. Buy good quality iron and provide it in every room. You need to work upon on your reception staff. They are good but need to be more pleasant, energetic and Active. Check in and Check out takes much more time thyan required.

The staff showed no customer service. Our bags were left downstairs. The rooms were very dated with little maintenance. Breakfast was limited.

Room & bathrooms were broken, dirty and dillipated state. I couldn't believe they call themselves 5 star. I felt cheated for paying so much for them
