The only thing I disliked was the coffee, as it was instant rather than freshly made. A friendly suggestion for the management… however, this seems to be common in Egypt.
A wonderful stay! We had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel and enjoyed our time very much. We would like to highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire team. A special thanks to Mrs. Samar. She was always very helpful, friendly, and supported us in organizing beautiful and great excursions. Thank you very much! ❤️ Hasan at the reception was also very friendly, respectful, and always cheerful. A big thank you also to Hasan at the pool – his loving and respectful interaction with our children was truly wonderful. The children had even more fun and felt very comfortable as a result. ❤️ We enjoyed our stay as a family and felt very comfortable in the hotel. Thank you to the entire team for the warm hospitality and great service! We would love to come back and can definitely recommend the hotel!

We paid for the deluxe room, quite a bit more than the standard, and did not get it the first night. I had to fight for it the second day, was told it was not available and after some back and forth (with the only rude female receptionist), it was magically available. I believe their staff sleep there which is why they were reluctant to give us our room. The room was beautiful, but it was a rush job to clean, a bunch of hair in the shower, the sheets smelled of men's perfume. They did not offer any money back for the first night lost in a standard room. This aside, the hotel in general has all services you could need and is quite good. The pool was very very dirty, would not swim in it.
