The view from the restaurant deck is fabulous. Easy pull in for Ubers. Very close to both pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum. My room was very clean and comfortable.

The Walking Safari Tours don't exist ... DO NOT select the option / pay extra for it. Unfortunately, I had paid for it, no-one knew what I was talking about ... two days of stuffing around. Me getting cross & spending ages onto Booking.com. Wasted a day in Cairo as false promises were made from Tour Desk. Eventually, the manager Ahmed, took me out in his own car, for a 'behind the scenes tour' ! The restaurant. Food is good / cheap by Western prices. But .... First night, I ordered soup & main meal, they both arrived at the same time. Suggest order soup / starter & then later order main meal ! Second night ... I paid for another table's bill. Didn't realise until I got down to room ... had to go back up, yes they voided original charge and sorted it ... but my advise is 'double check' your bill. 3rd night went OK ... but I was 'onto it' ! Also be aware it is a 'dry' hotel ...

No alcohol available at the restaurant. The view of the Pyramids has quite a bit of industrial wasteland in front of it but it's still nice lit up at night.

personnel à la réception gentil et professionnel petit déjeuner au dernier étage avec une vue magnifique des pyramides, mais sinon moyen , tables pas nettoyés , personnel nombreu qui discute entre eux et ne s occupe pas des clients dans la salle. grande chambre, bien équipé, douche avec des cheveux sur le sol...

La recepcionista nocturna muy mal encarada y falta de amabilidad, nos cambiaron de habitación a una de menor categoría pues los aires acondicionados no funcionaban y rechazó nuestra solicitud de reembolso alegando que igual era para el mismo número de personas y no nos permitió ningún alegato, en la página la que escogimos como familiar era más costosa que la que finalmente ocupamos, pues tenía 2 ambientes y la otra un único ambiente, aun cuando eran para el mismo número de personas
