Excellent. Very good. It's very unfair this rating below 8. I stayed there for nine days with my 70-year-old mother and my 10-year-old son. Everyone loved it. Enjoyed it. Food is good, staff is pleasant, the agency inside the hotel had better prices than those on the street, tours were excellent. Top restaurant, good accommodations. Excellent cost-benefit. You can go without fear, I know many places in the world and I'm not picky, you have to be very picky to complain about anything. They were always helpful with everything I asked for. I had a good lunch after checkout. I calmly got all the drinks I wanted. I had Campari and Absolut like never before. I found it amazing. Eternal longing. Wi-Fi works well throughout the hotel.

Some of the staff couldn't help, maybe because they were so busy. But on the last day, I had to wait one hour at the table just to get breakfast. It made me so pissed off.
The beach is beautiful only and the hosts were always very attentive and friendly to whatever we needed.

Only when we arrived and went down to the hotel reception, not the condominiums', and the guy who was there was extremely rude and arrogant... but other than that, all the other employees you come across were very friendly.

The kindness of most of the collaborators, the location, the activities for the whole family, complete breakfasts, drink bar, pools, beaches.

Room maintenance, there were water leaks from the bathroom, the air conditioners didn't work well, cleaning service and minibar refill, I reported several times and it remained the same, buffet meals and dinners repeated almost the same as in the morning, smell of humidity.

I was in a room with no A/C, telephone did not work, the room was dirty, you could see it on the tables and in the bathroom. I asked if I could switch rooms but I was rejected.
