Al llegar te ofrecen una invitacion a desayunar al otro dia unos regalos, para participar de una reunion la cual demoro casi medio dia toda la mañana andando en ese hotel hablando de la compra de unas membresías, uno va a descansar y a conocer y la verdad le quitan mucho tiempo a uno hablando de ese tema .

NUESTRA HABITACIÓN SE INUNDÓ, NOS CAMBIARON DE HABITACIÓN PERO PARA SORPRESA POR UNA DE MENOR CALIDAD A LA QUE ESTÁBAMOS. TUVIMOS QUE CAMBIAR TODAS NUESTRAS PERTENENCIAS PERO NO NOS DIERON NI UNA DISCULPA NI MUCHO MENOS ALGÚN BENEFICIO POR EL MAL RATO.

I loved the suite they gave us, it was big for a group of 6, the beach front, and some staff were servicial

The kids club area was under renovation, the attitude of some bar tenders was not nice, they didn’t attend with a good humor. The À La Carta restaurants the service was super slow, it doesn’t have a buffet service in where to eat and go, you always need to wait to eat. The quality of the food is not good, it tastes cheap. The drinks and beer didn’t taste as alcohol. Just sweet drinks, to be an all inclusive that was not nice. And that you rented to rest and they insist you to show you the amenities of the complex to try to sell you part share time, offering you discounts, entrances to the aquarium or some keychains. We didn’t do it, but they insisted twice
