Very dated The rooms look like they haven’t been updated since the 70s The music is very loud at night if you are in a room overlooking the pool

The room is very abandoned. It smelled musty. And the rooms already look deteriorated.
I liked that they upgraded me to Sens, otherwise I think the experience would have been terrible. I think more recreational activities are needed especially at the pool and to make the pool more fun.

The sargassum issue, although it is an environmental issue they cannot control; I think they should have staff dedicated to keeping the beach clean during this time; since due to the amount that arrives, more frequent cleaning could be done.
there are some workers or collaborators who were incredible in their attention but overall everything very basic the room had a water leak the cleaning of many areas very bad in general I do not recommend it I think the Grand is better where I stayed 3 years ago and it was acceptable

The location is very good but the facilities are very deteriorated, the children's play area is bad, the arcade machines, the billiards are bad, there are no tokens for the multiple games, the pool slides have been bad for more than 3 years, I was there in December 2022 and it has deteriorated but many things are still bad since that date, the attention from COCOA very bad very bad service especially in that restaurant, the information is not clear the app did not allow to make any reservation, in general very bad experience
