The hotel needs general maintenance, including the pool. The air conditioning does not work properly. Heat is felt in the rooms.

Upon arrival, they took 2 hours to give me the room after 3 pm and changed it twice, finally, it had no air conditioning and the next day they gave me another room that was very good, then at check-out, they scammed me, at reception, they told me I owed $270 because they had not charged correctly initially, I did not doubt and paid; after I left, I checked my credit card statement and the charge was correct from the beginning!! I tried to contact the hotel and they do not respond, they should refund me that wrongly charged money

There was not a wide variety of food. They did not leave more soap in the room. They close the sky bar and the one downstairs early for being an adults-only hotel.

The air conditioning was not working properly, the room temperature did not drop from 26 degrees. And in the restaurants, they had floor fans because they did not have air conditioning
