Que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, no bajaba la temperatura en el cuarto de los 26 grados. Y en los restaurantes tenían ventiladores de piso por que no tenían aire acondicionado

Pasamos por tres habitaciones, la primera con mal olor a ropa vieja y sin aire, hicimos el reclamo y nos pasaron a otra igualmente no tenía aire y el tercer día finalmente nos dieron u a habitación con buen aire, pero tuvimos que hacer reclamos para que nos dieran algo que sí vale la pena

Que el estuviera cerrado el jacuzzi y que el aire acondicionado de la habitación (3207) no ayudaba a refrescar lo suficiente.
