1. The bath is worn with the surface coating missing. The shower door is worn, rusty, and in need of refurbishment. 2. Kitchen cupboard door hinges are rusty and in need of replacement. 3. The cooker is really old (welcome back to the 80s) and the cooktop rings are rusty/worn. 4. No control for AC; therefore, it was cold at times and we could not adjust the temperature. Generally, a lack of maintenance. The owner should consider spending some money on upgrades.

Had to wait for the code right up to the last minute, which was concerning as we were on a long-haul flight and arriving in the early hours of the morning, so we had to hope the code was actually there when we landed. It was, but a bit stressful.

Only got one key for the room, which was a real pain. I checked with reception and was told the room only had one key, so not ideal.
Loved our stay. Great location and staff. Will be trying to stay here anytime in the Gold Coast again.
