1. Bath worn with surface coating missing. Shower door worn, rusty and in need of refurbishment. 2. Kitchen cupboard door hinges rusty and in need of replacement. 3. Cooker really old (welcome back to the 80’s) and cooktop rings rusty/ worn. 4. No control for AC therefore was cold at times and could not adjust temperature. Generally lack of maintenance. Owner should consider spending some money on upgrades.

Had to wait for the code right up to the last minute which was concerning as we were on a long haul flight and arriving in the early hours of the morning so had to hope the code was actually there when we landed. It was but a bit stressy.

Only got one key for the room which was a real pain. I checked with reception and was told the room only had one key so not ideal.
Loved our stay. Great location and staff. Will be trying to stay here anytime in Gold Coast again
