Everything was amazing! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff were so welcoming, attentive and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had everything you could need. We especially loved the barista-made coffee! The staff truly went above and beyond and made our stay extra special in every way.

I loved the property the rooms are so nicely designed it and the staff is amazing . Kelly was such a great help around and especially it being my first time in Vietnam she made sure I was comfortable and if I needed help around she would always help . I genuinely loved all the staff they were so friendly and welcoming .

The proximity of the old Hanoi on one side and on the other the lake and its more recent districts. Staff always ready to help to book transportation, a restaurant, find shops. A big thank you in particular to Annie, and Lian. As well as Arthur who speaks French, which is a big plus, He allowed us to better understand Vietnamese culture.
