Everything was amazing! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff were so welcoming, attentive and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had everything you could need. We especially loved the barista-made coffee! The staff truly went above and beyond and made our stay extra special in every way.

To be honest I don’t have anything negative to say and I’m not going to say something just to add a little criticism for the sake of it.

I loved the property the rooms are so nicely designed it and the staff is amazing . Kelly was such a great help around and especially it being my first time in Vietnam she made sure I was comfortable and if I needed help around she would always help . I genuinely loved all the staff they were so friendly and welcoming .

Nothing apart from the rooftop wish the pool was bigger

La proximité du vieil Hanoi d’un côté et de l’autre le lac et ses quartiers plus récents. Un personnel toujours prêt à aider pour réserver un transport, un restaurant, trouver des boutiques. Un grand merci en particulier à Annie,et Lian .Ainsi qu’ Arthur qui parle français , ce qui est un grand plus, Il nous a permis de mieux connaître la culture vietnamienne .
