The drain in the large bathroom needs to be fixed. The water hardly drains. Otherwise, everything is very clean and beautiful.

The fixtures are poor quality and with strong wind they whistle and experience leaks despite the building being very recent

The blinds were set back into the window opening. As a result, light seeped in through the corners at night. Blockout curtains are a must, especially since the kitchen window, which had no blinds, let in the most light.

My guest had the unfortunate experience of money being stolen from his apartment, after I had explicitly requested that the rooms not be serviced. My room was not serviced, as requested, but my guest's room was on two occasions. The second occasion was after the theft had been reported, and they again entered the apartment. Why?? It has been a week since we checked out, and there has been no communication whatsoever to provide feedback on the investigation. They also did not have the courtesy of showing us video footage. Very disappointing and embarrassing for myself hosting an overseas guest. This is the first really bad experience I have had using Booking.com in over 25 years.
