Dusche muss der Ablauf im großen Bad gemacht werden. Das Wasser läuft fast nicht ab. Sonst alles sehr sauber und schön.

I serramenti sono scadenti e con vento forte sibilano e subiscono infiltrazioni nonostante l edificio sia molto recente

The blinds were recessed into the widow opening. The result was that light peeped in through the corners at night. Blockout curtains are a must espcially since the kitchen window which had no blinds, let in the most light.

My guest had the unfortunate experience of money being stolen from his apartment, after I had explicitly requested that the rooms not be serviced. My room was not service, as requested, but my guests room was on two occasions. The second occasion was after the theft had been report and they again entered the apartment. Why?? It has been a week since we checked out and there has been no communication whatsoever to provide feedback on the investigation. They also did not have the courtesy of showing us video footage. Very disappointing and embarrassing for myself hosting an overseas guest. This is the first really bad experience I have had using Booking.com in over 25 years.
