Por volta das 9h, a equipe de limpeza simplesmente abriu a porta e isso foi muito pouco profissional e eu não fiquei feliz com isso e ela nem sequer se desculpou, apenas disse que voltaria mais tarde
A localização é excepcional. O hotel fica ao lado do Sandton City Mall, com acesso muito fácil pelas escadas, o que foi extremamente conveniente para nós, uma família com duas crianças. A equipe de portaria, a equipe da recepção e a equipe do restaurante foram todos corteses, acolhedores e prestativos, o que realmente se destacou durante a nossa estadia. O quarto estava limpo e confortável, a cama era confortável, e a TV nos permitiu conectar ao YouTube e Netflix. O café da manhã também foi bom, com escolha suficiente para um café da manhã normal, e a área do restaurante estava limpa e bem mantida.

Houve algumas questões práticas de design de quarto, especialmente ao viajar com crianças pequenas. A porta de correr do banheiro/vaso sanitário não podia ser trancada e era bastante fácil para uma criança movê-la. Também teríamos preferido um chuveiro manual, que teria sido muito mais fácil para lavar as crianças. A estrutura/pés da cama expostos nos lados foram outro pequeno problema, pois batemos acidentalmente nossas pernas neles algumas vezes.
