The staff and especially the owner Mostafa were extremely friendly and accommodating! On the first day, our air conditioning did not work at night and it was possible to change rooms without any problems. We were offered a lot of support for any questions and transfer matters. There was also a good selection at breakfast. The hotel's location is very central.
