The hotel pictures are obviously outdated and give a much better impression than it actually is on-site. The room looked very unkempt and dirty. It seems like only the mattresses or the bed are made, while the rest of the room is hardly cleaned. The floor was completely dirty and dusty. There were even larger wooden chopsticks in the room. Also, the mattress and blankets were visibly stained. Particularly disappointing: There were no proper towels. Instead, only thin disposable towels were provided, which resemble Swiffer cloths and hardly absorb water. In contrast, the hotel's pictures advertise with normal towels. This was an important reason for us to book this hotel - so the surprise upon arrival was huge. Due to the general dirt and lack of cleanliness, the room also smelled musty. Also, drinking water, as we got in the other hotels of our trip, was not provided.

The staff does not replenish toilet paper or towels. Lack of cleanliness throughout the accommodation, humidity, and at least you needed flip-flops to shower in the bathroom.

Among the countries I have visited, it was close to the worst, provoking aggro with cost-effectiveness and offering other options~ saying unbelievable things~

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major disappointment. There were hairs and even clumps of hair scattered in the shower and all over the bathroom. On top of that, the hostel only provided single-use / disposable towels. Using these for two nights without getting a fresh set was really not an appealing or comfortable experience.
