Die Bilder des Hotels sind offensichtlich nicht mehr aktuell und vermitteln einen deutlich besseren Eindruck, als es vor Ort tatsächlich ist. Das Zimmer machte einen sehr ungepflegten und schmutzigen Eindruck. Es wirkt, als würden lediglich die Matratzen bzw. das Bett gemacht, während der Rest des Zimmers kaum gereinigt wird. Der Boden war komplett dreckig und staubig. Teilweise lagen sogar größere Holz-Essstäbchen im Zimmer. Auch Matratze und Decken waren mit deutlichen Flecken versehen. Besonders enttäuschend: Es gab keine richtigen Handtücher. Stattdessen wurden lediglich dünne Einwegtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, die eher an Swiffer-Tücher erinnern und kaum Wasser aufnehmen. Auf den Bildern des Hotels wird hingegen mit normalen Handtüchern geworben. Das war für uns ein wichtiger Grund, dieses Hotel zu buchen – entsprechend groß war die Überraschung bei der Ankunft. Durch den allgemeinen Schmutz und die mangelnde Sauberkeit hat es im Zimmer zudem muffig gerochen. Auch Trinkwasser, wie wir es in den anderen Hotels unserer Reise bekommen haben, wurde nicht bereitgestellt.

El personal no repone papel higiénico ni toallas. Falta de limpieza en todo el alojamiento, humedad y para ducharte en el baño como mínimo necesitabas chanclas.

The location of the hostel is pretty good, making it very easy to get around. Additionally, the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major disappointment. There were hairs and even clumps of hair scattered in the shower and all over the bathroom. On top of that, the hostel only provided single-use / disposable towels. Using these for two nights without getting a fresh set was really not an appealing or comfortable experience.
