The elevator was very slow, we waited for it for 8 minutes before we could get in.
I liked everything, the location, the facilities, the breakfast... the staff, a special mention. I always stayed in Cascais for years, but I will return to this hotel because of the staff (Jessica, Jean, Thomas...). Thank you for making our stay great. 😘

In the first room, the shower had a glass towards the room, and when going to the bathroom at night, the light was disturbing in the room. The second room (I was only going for a day, but I liked it and stayed for two nights) on the eighth floor, perfect.
Very nice hotel and such a helpful and kind staff. The view from the rooftop floor and pool was amazing. Rooms were clean and modern.

When we tried to contact the reception, nobody answered several times, even by dialing 999! Unbelievable!!!
