The lack of room cleaning on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), leaving dirt in the room and not replacing the towels, the paid use of air conditioning during daylight hours, poor maintenance of the premises

Everything was perfect

We had an amazing stay at Mammaloe’s, very clean and well organized. We loved the pool area and the friendly staff!

It had never happened to us before, but we had to leave the property after the first night because: - total lack of cleanliness (animal feces in the room and bathroom, geckos, ants, and other insects in the room, general neglect in the common areas to the point that it seemed like an abandoned place) - room not matching the description (the bathroom was outside the room, with a ceiling height <1.9m so low that my husband had to shower bent over, without air conditioning so stifling and effectively impossible to use with the door closed for more than 5 minutes). In addition to these very serious reasons for us, the location did not help: internal and inconvenient position to reach the main beaches. Definitely high value for money. As if that weren't enough, the owner refused to refund us even partially for the stay, considering that we only stayed one night out of five.

Willeyke was a wonderful hostess. The location was centrally located on the island, away from the hubbub but still close to everything. The Gypsy suite was very accommodating. The place is so colorful, fun, and unique! Willeyke even coordinated our excursions!

Daily cleaning and towel change were not done during the weekend. Air conditioning could not be used for free during the day from 9 am to 7 pm and it was impossible to stay in the accommodation because it was over 50 degrees inside! The shower water was always almost cold

Amazing vibe, convenient location, inspiring setup and layout, great decor, yummy breakfast, and super kind host. We stayed in the bohemian wagon and it was magic. Super equipped and convenient kitchen, too.
