The location is close to the Duomo, shopping centers, stores, and restaurants. You don't need a taxi for everything is nearby by walking. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, cleanliness and the cooperation of the staff are great. I thank the hotel management for upgrading my room to a suite in the second period, and I am very happy as the room with a balcony is very beautiful.

The breakfast was not up to the hotel's standards and not diverse. The elevator is very slow, only one is in service and the other one is not working, even though I stayed for two periods, the first for 3 days and the second for 4 days.

The shower was very low, you had to hold it with your hand to wash your head, and the bathtub curtain was very small and did not cover well, causing water to leak.
