The location is close to the Duomo, shopping centers, stores, and restaurants. You don't need a taxi, everything is within walking distance. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, cleanliness is good, and the staff is cooperative. I thank the hotel management for upgrading my room to a suite in the second period, and I am very happy because the room with a balcony is very beautiful.

The breakfast was not up to the hotel's standard, not diverse, and the elevator was very slow with only one in service and the other not working, even though I stayed for two periods, the first for 3 days and the second for 4 days.

The shower was very low, you had to hold it with your hand to wash your head, and the bathtub curtain was very small and did not cover well, causing water to leak.
