The hotel was almost empty. Not possible to swim in the sea because of the sargassum; very strong smell. The hotel could have warned us. Making us pay in advance knowing that the hotel was empty. Price too high.

My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon here. The room was exceptional, with ocean view and our private mini pool, which was really a perk. The front desk staff and the staff at the restaurant and beach club were extremely kind and professional - they even gifted us a welcome bottle of wine to celebrate! A special mention to the restaurant: the dishes we tasted were indeed great - loved the octopus. Overall the experience at this hotel went above and beyond what we expected and we were glad to spend our honeymoon here

We had a dreamy room with its own small heated pool and a wonderful view of the sea. The room was very spacious and well equipped. The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The location of the hotel on a quiet corner of the beach was very good.

The dining area / restaurant down by the beach is relatively uninspired and not very charming and does not invite you to linger. There is room for improvement here.

Rooms were gorgeous, cleaned and tidied twice a day - so spacious with stunning facilities! The hotel wasn’t too busy making it a lovely chilled vibe. Breakfast unreal. Service generally was incredible!

All of the cocktails tasted watered down and you couldn’t taste alcohol in any of the cocktails - the margaritas were really quite poor. The location was JUST outside of the really vibey parts but this wasn’t too much of an issue really if you’re happy to wander along the busy road. Could have created a bit more of a daytime beach club vibe, the music was super quiet and not really vibey

Good breakfast. Positive restaurant. Beautiful structure surrounded by greenery and with guaranteed privacy for all rooms. They gave us an upgrade for the room, so we can only thank. Bike service included. We had a good time.

Breakfast could be a bit more varied, maybe with a basic buffet to which to add the main dish from the menu. The bathroom area in the room without doors did not please us (not great for noise, light, smells). The bikes are a bit old.

Its a bit of a walk to the restaurants and bars, we were recommended not to get taxi's due to overcharging. The walk was fine and never felt unsafe, but unavoidable if you want to leave the hotel.

It's not luxury, it's a good hotel but the price is excessive and the hotel's discourse speaks of a hotel that is the best. It is a good hotel. The pool is small, the gym is too basic and the machines are not good. I insist it is a good hotel but not to pay 600 dollars or 700 dollars per night. Therein lies the big problem.
