The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. Polynesian Residences is in a great location. It's right near the restaurants & shops and only a 10-15 minute walk to the beaches in either direction. It's far enough away from the main beach & party strip so that you aren't disturbed by late night revellers. The on-site pool was very welcome if you didn't feel like walking to the beach. The staff were very friendly and took the trouble to remember us & our room number, which is a nice touch.

The lack of tea making facilities such as a kettle was less than ideal. There were no tea bags in our room. (Not a great problem) The place needs a bit of work as some of the paintwork and furniture is showing signs of wear and tear.

The staff was exceptional in meeting our needs, the perfect location to experience the sea and the city both day and night. Perfect room to live the holiday to the fullest.
